2 Gochujang Bulgogi (2-3 servings)

Ingredients:
pork shoulder(600g),
onion(1),
green onion, chili pepper(1-2),
garlic(3),
Korean chili paste(gochujang, 고추장),
corn syrup, regular soy sauce,
oyster sauce, sugar,
Korean chili pepper flakes(gochugaru, 고춧가루),
Mirin(미림),
black pepper,
pineapple juice(optional),
cooking oil,
sesame seeds,
a bowl of hot rice,
lettuce(optional)

*1 Tbsp = 15 ml, 1 Cup = 240 ml

Smash 3 cloves of garlic and finely mince them.
Slice 1 onion into strips, but not too thin.
Roughly chop some green onions.
Chop 1 or 2 chili peppers.
Cut 600 grams of pork into bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, put 2 tablespoons of Korean chili paste, 1 tablespoon of corn syrup, 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of Korean chili pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons of Mirin, some minced garlic, a few shakes of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice and give it a good mix.
Pour the marinade over the pork and give it a good massage. Keep it in the fridge at least 15 minutes.
Put some oil in a pan and turn on the heat to MEDIUM heat. Once it gets nice and hot, add in the pork and stir-fry it. Keep tossing it around.
Once the pork is 90% cooked, add the vegetables and stir-fry it for about 1 minute.
Transfer it to a serving plate. Add some green onions and sesame seeds on top. Serve it with a bowl of hot rice or some lettuce. Enjoy~!
